DELIVERY FEE
- Orders are subject to a fixed delivery fee of ₱100 for Metro Manila and ₱150 for Non-Metro Manila addresses, automatically added to your cart upon check-out.
ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE RESTRICTIONS
- Delivery is available only for areas with restrictions.
- Due to the quarantine policies of the government, orders will be delivered via third-party services such as Lalamove, Grab Express, etc, and are subject to the respective terms and conditions.
- If order was already paid but delivery is not possible within the area, the order will automatically be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY LEAD TIME
- Orders will be processed and delivered within the following lead times:
- For Metro Manila: 1-3 working days (weekends and holidays not included).
- For Non-Metro Manila: 1-2 weeks
- Processing will only be done from Mondays-Fridays (except holidays), 9am-5pm only. Deliveries made during weekends will be at our discretion.
- Orders placed on during weekends, holidays, and outside the mentioned timeframe will be processed on the next working day, or at our discretion.
- For bank deposits / GCash / online transfers, orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed.
- Customers must be ready to receive the orders at any time during the prescribed schedule.
