Check out this section for answers to frequently-asked questions about IVO.


1. Payment Options:

  • Credit Card (select PayPal checkout)

  • For bank deposit and/or GCash, payment instructions will be sent to your registered e-mail upon order confirmation.


2. Delivery Fee:

  • Orders are subject to a fixed delivery fee of ₱150, automatically added to your cart upon check-out.


3. Enhanced Community Quarantine Restrictions:

  • Delivery is available only for selected METRO MANILA areas, EXCEPT areas with restrictions.
  • Due to the enhanced community quarantine policy of the government, orders will be delivered via third-party services such as Lalamove, Grab Express, etc, and are subject to the respective terms and conditions.
  • If order was already placed but delivery is not possible, orders will automatically be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.


4. Order Processing and Delivery Lead Time

  • Orders will be processed and delivered within 1-3 working days, from Mondays-Fridays, 9am-5pm only.
  • Deliveries made during weekends will be at our discretion. Orders placed on during weekends, holidays, and outside the mentioned timeframe will be processed on the next working day, or at our discretion.
  • For bank deposits and online transfers, orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.
  • Customers must be ready to receive the orders at any time during the prescribed schedule.


5. Can I cancel/return an order?

  • Orders cannot be cancelled by the customer once placed, unless delivery is not possible in your area.
  • Please carefully review your orders before placing your order.




IMPORTANT REMINDER - Break-in period for NEW cartridges:
  • Everytime you install a new cartridge—please let water SLOWLY pass through the filter cartridge for 30 seconds (max). Do not turn-on your faucet at full pressure / capacity.
  • Improper break-in may cause big air bubbles to get trapped, which may give you a premature slow water flow.

1. Do I need to buy the filter cartridge and the mounting adapters together with the water purifier?
  • The SB151 set already includes one (1) Head Unit, one (1) filter cartridge, and mounting adapters.
  • You only need to buy a filter cartridge (C151) when the cartridge needs to be replaced.
  • Mounting adapters are only included in each SB151 set and are not sold separately.

2. Do I need plumbing work to install the unit?
  • No, you don't need plumbing work. You can easily install IVO by yourself.

3. Once we install the product, will it block the view of the sink?
  • It is so compact that height between the end of a faucet and the spray outlet of SB151 is just 45mm. It saves space and doesn't block your view of your hands when using the sink.

4. Will it add a heavy load to a faucet when the water purifier is installed?
  • No it won't! IVO is very light—weighing only 300g (SB151 set).

5. How will I know if my faucet is compatible with IVO?
  • IVO is compatible with most round kitchen faucets. Please see guide below:

Why do we need to switch from the filtered water to the unfiltered water?
  • Please note that always using filtered water will shorten the lifespan of the cartridge.
  • We recommend using filtered water for drinking and cooking.
  • For unfiltered water, we recommend it for general use like washing hands and dishes.
  • It is very easy to switch between filtered and unfiltered water—just rotate the lever found on the head unit to select the water that suits your needs.

Can we use hot water in the unit?
  • No, hot water will reduce the effectiveness or destroy your water filter.
  • Any water temperature over 35°C will lower the effectiveness of the activated carbon in your filter.
  • Water temperature of 50°C and above will result in deformation and/or malfunction of the product.

Can we use it for deep-well water?
  • IVO Water Purifier is highly recommended for use on areas covered by water districts such as Maynilad and Manila Water.
  • It can be used for deep well water sources, however, we cannot guarantee the life span of the filter because the quality of the water in deep well varies per area/location.


How long is the life of the filter cartridge?
  • The maximum filter capacity of C151 is up to 1,500 liters while the SWC.80G-EG is up to 8,000 liters. It varies with usage volume, water quality, and water pressure.

How will I know when to replace the filter cartridge?
  • You may change the filter cartridge when you can no longer tolerate its water flow.
  • After some period, the water flow on the cartridge will gradually decrease because of the accumulated contaminants in it.
  • But rest assured, IVO is 99.99% bacteria-free until the very last drop!
